Mixed Berry Cobbler

Dreamy and delicious mixed berry cobbler recipe: a la mode of course! The cobbler is made with strawberries, raspberries and blackberries all tossed with a lil’ lemon juice and zest.

Ingredients you need

Mixed berries, flour, sugar, salt, vanilla ice cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, cold butter

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and make your berry mixture. In a bowl, add your berries. Mix in sugar and flour, lemon juice and zest. Mix until combined. Set aside.

In another bowl, add in flour, sugar, brown sugar, a pinch of salt and cold cubed butter. Gently massage all these dry ingredients together, until a crumbly mixture is formed. A

Add your berry mixture in the pan. Depending on your vessel, this may help with sticking.

Once the berry cobbler mixture is in the pan or dish, sprinkle with your crumbled topping. Bake until the berries are juicy, they are bubbling, and the top crumble topping is golden brown.

Remove from the oven, let cool for 5-10 minutes, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Or serve in individual bowls, and then top with a scoop of ice cream. Serve!
