Pantry Essentials & Recipe Ideas

This is the ultimate pantry essentials & recipe ideas list. Below you’ll find my favorite pantry recipes for the blog as well as my GO TO grocery shopping list to keep my pantry and fridge stocked of all the basic essentials. With these, you can whip up simple + delicious meals in no time. I’ll normally mess around with the list and see what I can whip up. Or sometimes just get what I can in terms of protein or mains, or fresh vegetables and add on the meals that way as well.

My Go-To Pantry & Fridge Essentials 

Canned & Pre-Packaged: 

chickpeas, coconut milk, black beans, pinto beans, canned, chopped, strained, whole tomatoes and tomato paste, assorted pastas and gluten-free, lentil, brown rice pasta’s, assorted nuts, canned tuna, coffee/tea of choice, chicken and vegetable broth, dried chili’s, panko breadcrumbs, italian breadcrumbs

Perishables for the Pantry:

onions, garlic, shallots, sweet potatoes, potatoes

Baking Essentials:

flour, sugar vanilla extract, maple syrup, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch,

Oils, Vinegars & Spices: 

salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes

sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, assorted mustards, worscetire sauce, olive oil, coconut oil

In fridge: 

tofu, eggs, milk of your choice, butter, cheese assorted, lemons, lime, mayo, tortillas (corn & flour)
