What ingredients do you need for this cheesy garlic bread recipe?

Bread: A french bread loaf, sourdough or Ciabbata or even baguette will work for this recipe. Make sure you are getting a crusty, and sturdy bread, or else your garlic bread might get soggy.

Unsalted butter: Butter is used in this recipe to make the spicy garlic butter mixture that’s spread onto the bread!

Roasted garlic: Roasted garlic adds a sweet and nutty flavor to the bread, and it pairs perfectly with the savory butter and spicy Sriracha.

Sriracha sauce: Sriracha sauce is a spicy sauce made from chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, and sugar. It adds a spicy kick and flavor to the garlic bread.

Cheese: We are using a mix of shredded mozzarella cheese, and shredded parmesan cheese. The mozzarella helps with the melty aspect of the garlic bread, and the parmesan will add a nice, salty and nutty flavor to the recipe.

Chopped fresh parsley: Fresh parsley is added as a garnish to the finished bread! You can also go ahead and add parsley IN your butter mixture if you would like. You can also opt to use any other fresh herbs like basil, oregano, cilantro or thyme, to name a few.
