Thai-Inspired Tomato Salad
This Thai-Inspired tomato salad is absolutely so refreshing! With the end of summer creeping in, I am fueling up on SO manyย tomatoes, like having them absolutely everyday.
I also LOVE the mixture with thai basil and shallots. Then pour over a homemade soy-fish sauce dressing and you have yourselves a SUPER quick and easy salad.
Thai-Inspired Tomato Salad
This Thai-Inspired tomato salad is absolutely so refreshing! With the end of summer creeping in, I am fueling up on SO manyย tomatoes, like having them absolutely everyday.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds tomatoes of your choice
- 2 thinly sliced shallots
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 bundle thai basil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by slicing your shallots and tomatoes and place in a bowl with thai basil.
- In a mixing bowl, add your soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce and pepper and pour over your tomatoes.
