The Easiest Meal Prep Recipe EVER!
Healthy eating never got easier than these 15 minutes vegetarian taco bowls – eat in a bowl for dinner or prep for the week. (not to mention this is extremely budget friendly).
We are currently in the midst of a big move into our new house and I cannot be more excited. We are especially loving all our new Click Clack products – which contain a wide array or containers, meal prep storage, glass containers and more more more. Literally I am so excited to organize everything so we can find things easier – and for it to look so aesthetic. See below for the full run down on the meal prep recipe.
- tofu sofrito sauté and mash tofu with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, oregano black beans
- chopped cilantro
- tomatoes white rice
- For The Buttermilk Dressing
- 3/4 th cup buttermilk
- 1/3 rd cup greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 rd cup tarragon
- 1/3 rd cup dill
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a food processor, blend all the components of the dressing. Save aside in the fridge until ready to use.
- Prep and place everything in a bowl of your meal prep containers, place in fridge until ready to edit.
