Seared Ahi Tuna Cucumber Bites with Wasabi Mayo

The Ultimate Valentine’s Day Menu

This is our ultimate Valentine’s Day menu, which is just absolutely fantastic! I love this time of year; Superbowl, Valentine’s Day + MORE! Whether you’re settling in for a date night with your significant other, with a friend, or friends, on your own or a dinner party, treating yourself and/or others to a special menu is always so beautiful.

Below we’ve outlined a starter cocktail, appetizers, mains, cozy sides and ending with a delicious and decadent dessert.

Shall we begin with a pre-dinner drink?

Empress Gin Fizz

Try this Empress Gin Fizz. It’s easy, impressive and a great start to the evening. Alternatively, a delicious bottle of wine, or a mock-tail will be fantastic.

Some other options to check out below as well:

Next, let’s get onto appetizers (maybe my favorite part?)

Baked Camembert with Honey and Chili Flakes

Ok, maybe the most romantic and easy appetizer on our site is this Baked Camembert with Honey and Chili Flakes. Talk about really impressive, right? It’s SO easy, too. If you’re looking for something less carb heavy, on the lighter side (depending on your main) I would go with our Seared Ahi Tuna Cucumber bites! (below)

Another fab appetizer is our Mussels in Tomato Sauce OR White Wine Sauce with Lemon. Pair that baby with these herb parmesan fries (you can just call it a night there, honestly).

Other apps:

K, it’s MAINS TIME.

Rigatoni Alla Vodka with Whipped Ricotta

When I think of Valentine’s Day food, I think short ribs, I think pasta, I think roast chicken. I think decadent, creamy, cozy, goodness.

Cue’ this new special recipe on our site – just in time for Valentine’s Day: Rigatoni Alla Vodka with Whipped Ricotta. This is such a special message of love in a bowl. It’s SO good.

You can’t have a main, without a good side and/or salad:

Little Gem Caesar Salad with Panko Breadcrumbs

If you’re going more on the heavier side for dinner, like pasta, or short ribs, I would pair this menu out with a salad/and or roasted veg (like our lemon haricots verts). Some ideas below!

You can check out all sides here, as well.

We’ve made it to dessert.

Chocolate Mousse

My go-to is ALWAYS my chocolate mousse, honestly for all celebrations. It’s no fuss, can be prepped ahead, and always a show-stopped dish.

Make this Chocolate Mousse! It is foolproof, impressive and is loved by all, every single time!

Tip: you can make 2 batches, 1 with cream, and 1 with coconut cream for anyone that is plant-based or dairy-free if you’re doing a party.
