Prep your soup Add your vegetables, tomato and broth. Blend then add your milk or cream of choice.
Cook your pasta Boil water in a pot, then add in salt and your lasagna noodles to cook according to the package instructions on medium-high heat. Drain when ready.
Toss on basil Then serve in bowls and finish with a dollop of ricotta!
