Prep your creme fraiche (optional) All you need to do is toss your creme fraiche with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, toss in some minced chives and a little squeeze of lemon.
To serve On a serving tray or board, place your creme fraiche in a bowl with opened caviar, a pearled spoon with some minced shallots, chives and open up a bag of potato chips.
To make a chip Take a potato chip, then take a small dollop of crème fraiche, and layer on a spoonful of caviar topping with your minced shallots and finely chopped chives for the perfect bite. The flavors are everything!
