Grilled Peaches with Ice Cream

Grilled peaches with ice cream = perfect pair. Top with toasted pistachios and a sweet drizzle!

Ingredients you need

Ripe peaches, vanilla ice cream, sweet drizzle, basil or mint, salt, pepper, and olive oil

Step 1

Cut your peaches in half, and remove the pits.

Step 2

On the cut side, season with salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. You can also brush the cut sides as well to get the oil evenly distributed.

Step 3

Grill on a grill pan, or BBQ until charred with grill marks, and soft to touch but not too soft where it becomes mushy. 

Step 4

Top with a scoop of ice cream, chopped pistachios (toasted is optional, though), and a drizzle of honey. Finish with a sprig of mint or basil to serve!
