Peach and Burrata Caprese Salad

Truly obsessed with this peach and burrata caprese salad. Truly simple, and so so good for summer! All it takes is a few ingredients.

Ingredients you need

Peaches, fresh burrata cheese, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, flakey salt and black pepper

Step 1

Begin by washing your peaches. Cut them in half, and core out the pit, and then cut into quarters to get your slices. Place on a serving platter.

Step 2

Add on your burrata to the platter, either as a ball itself, or tear it apart around the peaches. Up to you and your presentation style! Top with fresh basil leaves.

Step 3

Drizzle on some olive oil, balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with flakey salt and black pepper.
