Truly obsessed with this peach and burrata caprese salad. Truly simple, and so so good for summer! All it takes is a few ingredients. Serve assembled as a salad, or serve alongside some toasts/tartines for a fun appetizer or side dish for entertaining! Truly my favorite flavors, textures and one of the best summer salads.

This recipe is inspired by a classic tomato caprese!

Peach and Burrata Caprese Salad

What ingredients do you need for your peach burrata salad?

Peaches: We’re using yellow peaches here, but you can totally opt for white peaches as well!

Fresh creamy burrata cheese: We’re using fresh burrata for this recipe, but other options can be fresh mozzarella cheese, too!

Extra virgin olive oil: Don’t be shy with the olive oil!

Balsamic vinegar, balsamic vinaigrette or glaze: We are using just a classic balsamic vinegar, but feel free to opt for a balsamic glaze or even white balsamic vinegar.

Basil: Fresh basil is best for this recipe, either chiffonade your basil, or serve just as the leaves. Pesto drizzled over would also work great here.

Flakey sea salt and black pepper

Yes, that’s it! You can definitely make this a dinner meal by topping this with some protein like on top of chicken, or even grilled steak, crusty bread will also work really well here!

If you also wanted to, you can add some cherry tomatoes or heirloom tomatoes to make this a tomato burrata salad with peaches as well!
