Ingredients

apple

carrot juice

small oranges/Mandarins or 1 large orange
peeled in segments

milk or water
of choice

teaspoon
ground turmeric

cups
frozen mango
Instructions
In a blender, add in your apples, carrot juice, oranges, milk or water, turmeric, and mango.
Blend until completely smooth!
Pour in glasses and serve.
Notes
Additions:
Add in any of your go-to protein powders before or after a workout.
Milk:
Use any choice of milk, such as whole milk, oat milk, or almond milk. Anything that is your preference!
If you don't want to use milk, you can substitute with coconut milk or coconut water.
