So, I am officially dreaming of these truffle lobster rolls! Tossed knuckle and claw lobster meat with white truffle butter, a lil bit of bay seasoning and chives.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat knuckle + claws
  • 4-5 New England style Split top buns
  • white truffle butter amount dependent on preference
  • bay seasoning salt, pepper + chives top

Instructions

  • Toss your cooked lobster with warmed truffle butter and stuff into buttered toasted split top buns. Season and top with salt, pepper, bay seasoning and chives.
