Instructions
Prep your creme fraiche (optional)All you need to do is toss your creme fraiche with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, toss in some minced chives and a little squeeze of lemon. Set aside in a bowl to serve. This is an optional step, you can just serve your creme fraiche as is if you prefer.
To serveOn a serving tray or board, place your creme fraiche in a bowl with opened caviar, a pearled spoon with some minced shallots, chives and open up a bag of potato chips and serve in a bowl along side so that you or your guests can make their own on this DIY board!
To make a chipTake a potato chip, then take a small dollop of crème fraiche, and layer on a spoonful of caviar topping with your minced shallots and finely chopped chives for the perfect bite. The flavors are everything!
