You'll begin by mixing all your ingredients in a mixing bowl while your pastry thaws with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper, preheat you oven to 350 degrees as well. In the meantime, in a small bowl, whisk your egg until it is all one color. Set aside.
Then you'll make 4x4 inch squares and stuff the puff pastry sheets with your filling (I just use a small spoon and add the filling in, but you can also place the mixture in a plastic bag and pipe it on), fold over in a triangle on the opposite corner and fork the corners to seal. Brush on beaten egg wash and sprinkle on top with sesame seeds. Place them on baking sheets with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown, remove and serve.
