These crispy chicken Sambal party wings are so good! The best party wings recipe. I think wings are definitely one of my favorite things to make and eat.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a pan with parchment and place on a baking rack.
In a bowl, add your party wings and toss with salt, pepper, paprika, baking powder and garlic powder until fully coated. Line the wings one by one on the baking rack. Place in the oven for 45-60 minutes, flipping halfway until cooked inside and crispy on the outside. You can also do this in an air fryer, or deep fry with neutral oil as well.
While that's baking, in a bowl mix your sambal, soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, chili flakes, rice wine vinegar and sesame seeds. Slice off some green onions and add in there as well. Stir and set aside until chicken is ready.
Once your chicken is ready, toss the crispy oven baked chicken with the sauce until fully coated. Serve by topping with more sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
