To begin, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Cube your baguette and place on a baking tray with salt, pepper and salted Plant Butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
In the meantime, in a blender add all your dressing ingredients and blend well until a creamy dressing forms.
Assemble your salad by placing your greens in with basil and dill, add in your croutons and drizzle on your dressing. Mix and serve.
