To begin, cook your noodles according to the package instructions. Set aside.
Next, heat a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil and thinly slice your flank steak. Cook it first with a drizzle of sesame oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and add your ginger, garlic, onions and sweat for 2-3 minutes.
Add sesame oil, soy sauce, black soy sauce, brown sugar, green onions and chili flakes. Add the steak and then the noodles in. Mix well. Adjust with more soy sauce or brown sugar if needed for more sauciness. Top with lime juice. Serve and enjoy!
