Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and slice your sweet potatoes in wedges. Option to peel them, but you don't have to!
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, chili flakes, salt and pepper to make your seasoning sauce. Toss in your sweet potato fries/wedges until fully coated.
Lay your sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet or sheet pan with parchment paper. You can also place on a wire rack or air fryer basket to air fryer as well.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until cooked through and you get your crispy fries, flipping halfway.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a bowl, sprinkle and toss in parmesan and parsley and dip with your favorite dipping sauce or dressing! If you'd like to make this vegan, you can remove the parmesan.
