To start, make your Calabrian chili spread. In a bowl, mix mayo, Calabrian chili paste, vinegar and salt and pepper. Set aside.
Get your sandwich ingredients ready. Slice your ciabatta, lengthwise. In a bowl, toss your arugula with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
Slice your mozzarella into disks or thin rounds (you can use any mozzarella you have access too).
Next, salt and drain your tomatoes (this is totally optional though) It brings out the sweetness and the tomatoes natural flavors this way. Even just 5-10 minutes is great.
Now time to assemble! Take your spread and lather it on the bottom of the of the bread. Then layer your tomatoes, prosciutto, mozzarella, and top with your arugula, and some basil (optional). Cover with the top of the ciabatta, and slice down into 3-4 sandwiches. Cover, or serve immediately!
