Okay, this ramen noodle stir fry, is the BEST. This is something that I make often on busy weekdays and weeknights that comes together super quickly, is filled with flavor and leaves me feeling so satisfied.
Start by thinly slicing your green onions and garlic cloves.
Next, begin by making your sauce. On medium heat with neutral oil, infuse your garlic cloves. Add in your soy sauce, chili oil, sesame seeds, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Bring to a light simmer and add in your green onions. Set aside.
In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and toss in your ramen noodles with the sauce until fully coated with the heat on medium on so it binds together, mixes well and reduces. Top with more sesame seeds and green onions and serve!
