Ramen Noodle Stir Fry

Key ingredients for your ramen

Green onions and garlic cloves: sometimes if I’m lazy, I’ll omit the garlic cloves, but it does give a special flavor to the sauce! But the green onions are a must!

The stir fry/ramen sauce: it’s a mix of soy sauce, chili oil, toasted sesame seeds, sesame oil and rice vinegar = the perfect sauce, I promise. Simple but flavorful.

Additional flavors: You can add layering flavors on like including sriracha or hoisin sauce, and even oyster sauce as well. Ingredients like honey and sambal oelek (sweet chili sauce) will also work here if you’d like to change the flavor profile and add some sweetness!

Then it’s all tossed with ramen noodles, SO delicious and EASY.

Soy sauce: You can use low-sodium soy sauce if you want, and if you’d like to make it gluten free, you can also use coconut aminos.

  1. Didn’t mention sesame SEEDS in ingredients, just oil. How much seeds shud we add?
Thanks, this looks scrumptious, can’t wait to whip this up.

  2. Wondering if you are using just the plain Ramen noodles, or if you are cooking the Ramen with the foil packet contents (chicken, beef boulion?) Or do you leave that out? Thanks.
