This whipped brie cheese recipe is probably the easiest appetizer and spread you’ll ever make!
Brie cheese, honey, pepper, crackers, crostini, grapes, strawberries and other favorite veggies
Prepare the cheese. Start by removing the rinds with a sharp knife from the brie cheese. Make sure your brie cheese is cold, so it's easier to cut this way.
Cube the brie cheese. In a food processor, electric mixer or stand mixer, add in the cheese and whip the brie cheese until a smooth and creamy consistency. The mixture should be light and fluffy, with no lumps.
Serve! Transfer the whipped brie to a serving bowl or plate. Top off with your choice of toppings (we are using habanero hot honey and edible flowers with cracked black pepper) and serve with crostini, crackers or fresh vegetables.
