Cheesy Miso Ramen Ciao E Pepe
7 ingredient miso ramen ciao e pepe, dreamy + cheesy! (essentially a pasta dish made with tons of butter, pecorino, parmesan and pepper). I love making this with regular pasta but it’s also just as delicious in this way with amazing chewy ramen. This is such a quick dish to whip up and you can make it all in 1 pan!

This sounds GREAT. But the recipe needs some work. I’m not sure why it calls for a specific type / flavor of ramen, as it never specifies if the flavoring packet is used. Is it supposed to be? I’m assuming the cheese is grated – but you never specify. Mixing cheese into a unthickened liquid (ie, this butter / ramen water mixture) is a recipe for clumping. You need to make a bechamel for this to work. Lastly, the ratios are just a mess. 1.5 cups of shredded cheese for 1 package of ramen noodles? Holy heck.
