Recipe Ingredients
Broccolini, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, penne, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic.
How to Make Baked Goat Cheese Pasta
Preheat oven to 400°F. Put your cherry tomatoes and broccolini in an oven safe-baking dish. Pour your olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss in your garlic and lemon zest. Toss.
Next, place your goat cheese in the center, season again with oil and pepper.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until your tomatoes burst and the goat cheese is soft and melty.
While your sauce is cooking, make your pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve 1/4th cup pasta water.
When your sauce is ready, take out of the oven, toss with your pasta and pasta water. Serve!
