Garlic Bread with Parmesan and Roasted Garlic

The most epic and simple Garlic Bread with Parmesan and Roasted Garlic. It is cheesy, garlicky, and just all around SO good. It starts off with roasted garlic mixed with butter and herbs, lathered on a French baguette, and toasted in the oven.

Recipe Ingredients
- French baguette
- 1 head of garlic
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Unsalted Butter
- Fresh parsley
- Parmesan
- Oregano
- Chili flakes
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
How To Make Roasted Garlic
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Next, take your garlic, and slice off the top of the head, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and cover completely with aluminum foil. Roast in the oven for 40-50 minutes until softened and roasted. Remove and set aside, keep the oven o,n and adjust to 350 degrees. It’s that easy.
How To Make Garlic Bread with Parmesan
Once you have your roasted garlic, bring your butter to room temperature.
In the meantime, once your butter has come to room temperature, mix in chopped parsley, shredded parmesan, oregano, chili flakes, and salt and pepper, squeeze your roasted garlic in the mixture as well. Mix well until combined and well blended.
Take your baguette and slice horizontally, and place cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spread on your butter mixture all throughout the bread. Toast in the oven at 350 for about 10-15 minutes until the baguette gets toasty, but not burnt, soft on the inside, and the butter mixture has melted.
Slice in your desired way and serve!

Yes, you can use leftover butter! Store in the fridge 3-5 days, take out to room temp when ready to use!
