  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green olives
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 large garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Bread, for serving

Instructions 

  • In a medium bowl or shallow dish, combine withe olive oil, balsamic vinegar, green olives, parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
