My new side of choice: this cheesy prosciutto wrapped asparagus recipe with parmesan. It’s easy and looks impressive. Seriously all you have to do is take a bundle of asparagus, wrap with prosciutto and drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Place in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes, adding shredded cheese to melt halfway for another 15 minutes.

I mean, what’s easier than that? This is a wonderful appetizer or side dish for all things holiday! Truly all the best flavors.

What ingredients do you need to make these prosciutto wrapped asparagus?

Asparagus stalks: We are making cute little bundles (so cute for entertaining a dinner party!) BUT you can also opt to wrap a prosciutto slice PER asparagus, up to you.

Prosciutto slices: We are using slices of prosciutto ham for this recipe! But, feel free to wrap with try our Bacon Wrapped Asparagus as a substitute if you prefer.

Parmesan Cheese: Freshly shredded parmesan cheese is melted over the asparagus and ham, SO good!

Salt, black pepper and olive oil

Other fun toppings to add on here: Lemon juice or lemon zest, minced garlic, honey would all go great here!
