This showstopping Cranberry Baked Brie Cheese is a special appetizer you can make in under 15 minutes. This brie transforms into an elegant, simple appetizer for dinner parties and holiday entertaining, and is baked with Spicy Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce. This recipe is inspired by the Chili Crisp and Strawberry Baked Brie recipe in my cookbook!

- Wheel of brie cheese: All you really need is a wheel of brie cheese, then topped with the cranberry sauce. It melts so perfectly!
- Cranberry sauce: We are using our Spicy Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce for this recipe, but you can opt for any preserve or jam you have on hand.
- Toasted baguette: Optional to toast the baguette with extra-virgin olive oil to serve your baked brie.

How to Make Cranberry Baked Brie Cheese

Step 1: Preheat your oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add your baguette and wheel of brie to a small baking dish.

Step 2: Top with your cranberry sauce. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool for 2 minutes, and serve it with any of your favorite toppings.

Baked Brie Cheese FAQs
For baked brie, don’t remove the rind for baking. Otherwise, it will have nothing to cling to and will just burn and not get as gooey.
Try to find an 8-ounce wheel of brie, placed in a baking dish that fits.
Preheat to 350 degrees, place the brie in a baking dish (not a sheet pan), cook for 15 to 20 minutes, and serve.
Bake brie uncosered because this will allow the brie to get nice and melty.

Cranberry Baked Brie Cheese (15 Minute Appetizer)
Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce wheel of brie
- 2 tablespoons Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce
- toasted crostini in extra-virgin olive oil, optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper to catch any spillage from the cheese.
- Score your brie by making parallel cuts 1/2 inch apart across the top of the rind, turn to 90 degrees and do the same.
- Place the brie in a baking dish (we are using a 6-inch skillet), and the baking dish on the parchment paper. Add your crostini to the same baking sheet, if toasting.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce over the top of the brie. Transfer to the oven, in the top rack, and bake about 15 minutes. Any longer than 20 minutes, it will get hard and not as gooey.
- Let the brie cool for a coupel minutes, the served alongside the crositini immediatly.
