Empress Gin Fizz
Empress Gin Fizz
I am all about this empress gin fizz! It’s easy and super impressive. I love that it requires minimal effort. I love to pour it in these adorable glasses and serve to guests (or even just a Fri afternoon treat!) It has everything I personally want in a cocktail – sour for the lemon, gin, homemade simple syrup, some fizz from the soda water. It’s just beauuutiful!
Here’s the rundown:
- lemon juice
- homemade simple syrup
- ice
- soda water
- empress gin (any gin works, but the color and flavor of this gin is just SO good and impressive!)
Pretty much always have these ingredients on hand, so it’s pretty much perfect!

Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces empress gin
- splash of soda water according to your desired amount
- lemon peel
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, add your ice, lemon juice, simple syrup and empress gin. Mix and shake well.
- Pour into your glass and top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a lemon peel, enjoy!
