Super easy, dairy-free, creamy green goddess soup! blanched and blended spinach, broccoli, leaks and basil – SO good, simple and lots of flavor. I am so obsessed with this recipe, it’s easy, light and refreshing but also super cozy. You NEED to try it!

Green Goddess Soup


  • 1 leak, sliced
  • 2 heads broccoli, blanched
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 bundle of basil
  • 2 cups broccoli water
  • 2 tablespoons Tessemae’s Lemon Pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Begin by blanching your broccoli and placing in a ice bath. Set aside.
  • In a pot or dutch oven, sweat your leaks, basil and spinach with lemon pepper for about 10 minutes. Add your broccoli and stir. Adjust with salt and pepper.
  • Add your broccoli water and olive oil, stir and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Blend until smooth. Serve!
