Roasted Olives with Feta, Garlic & Citrus

Roasted Olives with Feta, Garlic & Citrus

I’m seriously loving these roasted olives with feta cheese, garlic & citrus peels. This is a dreamy and delicious easy appetizer served with crusty bread, crostini or crackers, or can be served with dinner, on top of our salt and pepper chicken or with a flakey white fish. Seriously, so good!

This is my new go-to feta recipe!

I love the tangy flavors from the olives and feta, paired with confit garlic and lemon, it is so GOOD!
