Truffle Butter Lobster Rolls
So, I am officially dreaming of these truffle lobster rolls! Tossed knuckle and claw lobster meat with white truffle butter, a lil bit of bay seasoning and chives. All placed in a buttery toasted split-top bun with a squeeze of lemon. Simple, elegant and addicting. More please! Might be obsessed with this for the holidays.

Full truffle lobster roll kit delivered straight from Luke’s Lobster. TREAT yourself because you deserve it.

Here’s How To Assemble Your Lobster Rolls
You’ll want to gather your perfectly cooked lobster (claw and knuckle meat!), toss over your warmed truffle butter to create that perf mixture.
In the meantime, toast your buns in more butter, till super toasty on the sides. Remove and stuff your lobster in. Top with some chives, toss in bay seasoning (optional) and enjoy with a little bit of lemon juice!
