You NEED this sauce in your life! Serve over steak, use as a dip with bread or anything your heart desires!
- 1 shallot
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 jalapeño seeded and chopped
- 1 bundle cilantro
- 1 bundle parsley
- 1/4 th cup green onions
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Make your chimichurri by pulsing or chopping shallots, garlic cloves and jalapeño. Then add your herbs and salt to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar and 1/2 cup of olive oil. Set aside.
