Mozzarella Snap Pea & Prosciutto Pizza

Mozzarella Snap Pea & Prosciutto Pizza

All the spring feelz with this mozzarella snap pea & prosciutto pizza! It’s simple & so tasty – pizza dough cooked with shredded parm and then topped with mozzarella and prosciutto, basil & snap peas. It’s then drizzled with balsamic (because, duh!!) and finished with maras chile flakes (which are spicy and tangy).

It’s simple, it’s delicious and I’ll be dreaming about this all spring.

Lindsey’s Tips & Modifications

  • You can definitely mix and match here. If you don’t have access to any snap peas, you can use any sort of frozen peas.
  • Swapping mozz with burrata will be just as delicious!
  • If you’re not feeling this sort of pizza/flatbread with the toppings AFTER it’s cooked, another alternative is melted the mozz if you want a more cheesy pizza.
  • Another great add would be to add tomato sauce, if that’s your jam!
  • If you’re grilling, throw your dough on the grill for that flavor. YUM.
